We hope you can join us for a luncheon with Mr. Jeff McIntosh of Energy Insurance Agency, Inc. of Lexington, KY on "Examining Contractual Liability Forms." Using policy forms, specifically the CG 00 01 with various edition dates, we will examine contractual liability while considering state and common law considerations. Jeff has extensive knowledge on this topic to fit into one hour! We will attempt to share his presentation document with attendees prior to the meeting so they can follow along during the presentation.
Jeff McIntosh has practiced as an insurance agent since 1987, concentrating on the insurance and surety needs of commercial business. Mr. McIntosh actively places coverage for commercial clients to serve their property and casualty, life and health insurance, and surety bond needs. Over the last 37 years, Mr. McIntosh has had a well-rounded interaction with insurance companies, various associations, and insurance support industries (NCCI & ISO).
The textbook, Insurance Genius: The Commercial Insurance Detective and 6 month training program is a vocational manual designed to teach new agents and insurance college students how to read and correctly write commercial insurance policies.
