Note: This session has been approved for 1 hour of Ethics CE credit from the Indiana Department of Insurance. All attendees wishing to earn CE credit will need to provide the Chapter with their license number prior to the meeting and all virtual attendees desiring CE credit will be required to leave their video 'on' for the duration of the meeting. You are invited to join us for an engaging discussion on Ethics in the Workplace, designed specifically for insurance professionals by Rick Pitts, V.P. and General Counsel with Arlington Roe.

This session will go beyond theory as we explore real-world scenarios that require thoughtful and sometimes difficult ethical decisions. Together, we will consider practical examples drawn from everyday insurance practice, examine competing perspectives, and discuss how ethical choices impact clients, organizations, and professional integrity.

Whether you are looking to sharpen your ethical decision-making skills, learn from peers’ experiences, or contribute your own insights, this discussion promises to be informative, thought-provoking, and highly relevant to today’s workplace challenges.

Registration and lunch served: 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Meeting: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m

For this meeting, we will be offering an in-person as well as a virtual option. Please decide how you plan to attend and choose that option when you register. We'd prefer not to have anyone register to attend in-person and then switch to virtual, since we will be ordering lunches based on the in-person registration numbers. 

Indiana Farm Bureau does have a parking lot right in front of the building with free parking.

Zoom information will be emailed to those who register virtually closer to the date.
