Presented by Chubb Insurance representatives, dive into the latest insights from the 2025 Wealth Report: “The Resilient Mindset: Turning Risk Awareness into Advantage.” This report, based on a survey of high-net-worth North Americans (most with assets over $5 million), reveals how affluent individuals are optimistic about economic growth (79% expect it in the next year) yet acutely aware of evolving threats that could erode a lifetime of wealth-building in an instant.

Key Highlights:

•  Climate Change Risks: 91% express concern over impacts like extreme weather and flooding (74%). Many are fortifying homes with upgrades (86%) and enhanced insurance (83%).

•  Cybercrime Threats: Ranked as the top worry (45%), with AI-driven scams and device vulnerabilities on the rise. Only 41% have standalone cyber insurance, highlighting critical protection gaps.

•  Liability Settlements: 81% lack excess liability coverage, with fears around lawsuits from assaults (80%), auto accidents (77%), and more. Boat and collectibles owners face additional exposures.

The report explores how the wealthy value experiences like travel (93% prioritize domestic trips) over material assets, and stresses proactive strategies—such as expert partnerships and comprehensive planning—to safeguard legacies.
